Matzo Ball Enterprises LLC/ www.studioshofar.com reserves the right to use any shipping method we deem necessary. Generally, UPS Ground is our most common shipping method. Please be aware that we designate that UPS not require a signature for delivery. Your order will be left by the doorstep of the given shipping address, unless you direct us to another location. We will insure your order for the approximate total price of your order, unless it is under $100, which is automatically insured by UPS. UPS cannot ship to a PO Box. These packages will be shipped via USPS by least expensive method. Should you require a more expedited shipping method, please inquire about additional costs. If shipping internationally, we will ship via USPS Global Express Mail which is trackable and usually delivers within 5-7 days of shipment. This charge will be added manually based on your country.  If you have a preferred method of shipping, please advise us at the time of the order, but be aware that your shipping cost may reflect your preference. We will do whatever we can to accomodate you.

 

We cannot be responsible for delays in international orders due to customs inspections. We have no control or influence over this. We understand that due to rising fuel costs, shipping costs continue to increase. We will do whatever we can to keep our shipping costs as reasonable as possible.
